@medreplace is a WHO/UNICEF-recommended oral rehydration salt formula containing a combination of dextrose and essential electrolytes like sodium chloride, potassium chloride, and sodium citrate. It contains anhydrous dextrose or glucose as the primary ingredient, which facilitates sodium and water absorption in the small intestine. The electrolyte powder helps restore body fluids and electrolytes which get lost due to dehydration caused by diarrhoea, vomiting, muscle cramping, and heat during exercising or hot weather.Key Ingredients:

Dosage:
- Daily dose should be equivalent to the patient's fluid requirement for maintenance and replacement of losses
- Depending upon age and severity of dehydration
- Infants and children: 1-2 litres (5-10 glasses) over a period of 24 hours
- Adults: 2-4 litres (10-20 glasses) for 24 hours
Directions for Use:
- Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in 200 ml of previously boiled and cooled water
- Use only in recommended dilution
- Use the prepared solution within 24 hours
- Any unused solution should be discarded after 24 hours
